Welcome

Amelia began her real estate career in her hometown of Jacksonville, FL where she conducted closings for a local title company. She moved to Valdosta in 2007 and began working for a local law firm, processing both residential and commercial closing files. She wanted to be more involved in the process with helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals so she obtained her Georgia real estate license in 2014.

Her extensive knowledge of the local market and closing process as a whole has helped her assist many clients in our area. She is also very involved with local organizations and is currently serving as President for the South Georgia MLS as well as on the Board of Directors for the Valdosta Board of REALTORS.

Amelia resides in Valdosta with her husband Alan and their son Glenn.
